Job Description

Join us as a Key Account Manager and drive strategic business growth in our dynamic Mumbai market. You'll identify and drive on new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with Channel partners to maximize value delivery.

You will work in the field, partnering closely with our customers to ensure mutual success in projects. You will manage accounts daily, serving as the professional bridge between our partners and Axis.

This position is based in Mumbai, India

What You'll Do:

  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and developing strategic account management relationships
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for key accounts
  • Set and track annual targets on each account to ensure continuous performance improvement
  • Lead customer engagement through trade shows, seminars, and promotional activities
  • Collaborating with system integrators, distribution channels and eco-system partners to provide joint solutions for end customers
  • Work closely with the system integrators and train them in order to develop the project pipeline and close projects
  • Prepare timely sales reports for new and existing projects

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in technical sales
  • Experience in indirect sales, preferably in a technical/commercial sales role within the IT or Security industry
  • Experience working with consultants and customers in the government sector is preferred
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of technical parameters for tender specifications in the sector
  • Experience working with ecosystem partners (including software, networking, and hardware providers) to develop integrated solutions for customers
  • Knowledge of nodal/approving agencies for obtaining Axis approvals in relevant sectors
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance in previous positions
