Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Jabalpur for the Axis Bank Young Banker Program at NIIT Limited. The role involves participating in intensive training sessions to gain the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience required for a successful banking career. Responsibilities include understanding banking products and services, customer interaction, and applying banking processes in a professional environment. The program aims to groom candidates into capable banking professionals aligned with industry standards and practices.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of banking operations, financial products, and services
- Competence in problem-solving, decision-making, and attention to detail
- Adaptability to a dynamic environment and eagerness to learn
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce or Finance background preferred)
- Proficiency in English and local language is an advantage
- Basic computer skills and understanding of MS Office tools
- Strong ethical standards and a customer-first mindset
