Job Details Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Rasipuram, Namakkal, Tamil Nadu Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline Experience: 0 to 5 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply) Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹240,000.00 – ₹250,000.00 per year Working Schedule: Monday – Friday / Weekend availability Roles and Responsibilities of a BDE in Axis Bank Actively identify potential customers in Rasipuram and surrounding areas. Understand the financial needs of customers and recommend suitable products. Present Axis Bank's products and services by explaining features and benefits. Convert potential leads into customers by facilitating account opening procedures. Explore opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction. Collect renewal fees and ensure the proper documentation of customer accounts. Record all customer interactions and transactions in the bank's CRM system. Meet individual and team sales targets for various banking products. Candidate Eligibility Criteria for the BDE Role Graduate or postgraduate degree in any field. Strong communication skills in English and the local language. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Ability to generate leads and convert them into customers. Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings. Can work both independently and as part of a team. Male candidates are preferred for this position.
