Associate

Responsibilities: - Assist the business development team in prospecting, qualifying and closing new clients. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities. - Participate in the development of sales strategies and proposals. - Provide support in the preparation of sales presentations and client meetings. - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up activities. - Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing account management. Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the banking/financial services industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. - Willingness to travel within the region as and when required.
