As a Solutions Consultant at Axion Ray, you sit at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market execution. You will translate complex customer requirements into high-impact solutions, build compelling demos and analyses, and orchestrate the internal workflow that ensures every client deliverable lands on time and above expectations. Your work directly accelerates deal cycles, drives adoption, and shapes our product roadmap. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Proactive Delivery Management – Own the timeline for all client-facing assets (dashboards, models, decks, knowledge bases). Anticipate blockers, align cross-functional teams, and keep leadership apprised of status, risks, and next steps. - Requirements & Insight Capture – Convert discovery notes, call transcripts, and CRM updates into clear business and technical specifications. - Solution Design & Analytics – Build models, develop interactive dashboards, and transform raw data into actionable insights spreadsheets. - Demo & Collateral Creation – Design tailored demos, prototypes, and narrative-driven pitch decks that showcase how Axion Ray solves real-world quality and reliability challenges. - Competitive & Market Intelligence – Monitor industry trends, benchmark competitors, and produce concise internal briefings that inform positioning and sales strategy. - Documentation & Knowledge Management – Maintain up-to-date glossaries, playbooks, and "books of knowledge" so stakeholders can self-serve methodology, assumptions, and templates. - Continuous Improvement – Gather post-delivery feedback, quantify impact, and feed insights back into product backlogs and process playbooks. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - Experience: 1–3 years in solutions consulting, business intelligence, pre-sales engineering, or similar roles. - Education: Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field - Skills: - Strong Excel/Google Sheets capabilities (e.g., lookup arrays, dynamic modeling). - Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver under tight deadlines - Excellent storytelling skills—able to build engaging narratives for both technical and executive stakeholders. - Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and documentation best practices, preferred. - Bonus Points For: - Experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or quality management domains.
