Legal Consultant - Equity Derivatives

 

 
 

We are currently on the lookout for a Legal Consultant with equity derivatives experience to join our ranks:

 

Requirments:

• Legal practitioner with Ideally 4+ years’ experience within equity derivatives, gained either within private practice or in-house


• The ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and adaptability to new situations and work environments.

 

The responsibilities for this role will include:

• Working with and advising business clients, while providing guidance and practical solutions in relation to the ever-changing financial regulatory environment


• Provide expert legal advice on equity derivatives transactions, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex derivatives documentation.


• Advise on the legal aspects of structuring equity derivative products and other financial instruments.


• Draft and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, and Confirmations for equity derivatives.


• Monitor and interpret laws, rules, and regulations affecting equity derivatives, ensuring the Company's compliance.


• Identify and manage legal risks associated with equity derivatives and structured products.
