Paralegal

We are currently seeking a Paralegal to join our ranks to support our F500 clients. Responsibilities: Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements Conduct legal research and analysis to support the legal function Provide company secretarial or compliance support as required Collaborate effectively with lawyers and other team members Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin included) Highly organized with attention to detail.
