As a Senior Sales Representative at Axiom Eco-Pest Control, you’ll lead from the front — closing contracts, mentoring new reps, and setting the pace for your team’s success. What You’ll Do


  • Lead by example through daily sales execution and team production
  • Recruit, train, and mentor entry-level reps during peak season
  • Manage territories and performance data via FieldRoutes CRM
  • Partner with leadership to set goals, refine pitch quality, and grow market share
  • Participate in incentive contests, performance reporting, and team development


Qualifications


  • Experience: 1-5 years in sales leadership or direct sales management
  • Past Titles May Include:
  • Sales Manager
  • Regional Sales Manager
  • District Sales Manager
  • Team Lead, Sales
  • Direct Sales Manager
  • Business Development Manager
  • Relevant Industries:
  • Pest Control / Home Services (Orkin, Terminix, TruGreen, etc.)
  • Solar & Energy Sales
  • Telecom & Security (Vivint, ADT, Comcast)
  • Retail / Consumer Services
  • Skills:
  • Proven performer with documented top sales results or achievements in previous D2D roles (e.g., revenue earned, contracts sold, team rankings, or awards)
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities — capable of training, motivating, and developing sales teams
  • Data-driven decision maker with experience managing KPIs, conversion metrics, and performance dashboards
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and professional presence
  • Highly organized with strong territory management and strategic planning abilities
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals in competitive, fast-paced environments
  • Driver's license (Required)
