Digital Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who not only understands how to create and run effective campaigns but is also interested in being part of the bigger picture — generating leads, following up, nurturing, and helping close sales. This is a dynamic role with long-term growth potential into team leadership and business development. Key Responsibilities: Plan, set up, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) across a variety of industries. (Optional but Preferred) Run and manage campaigns on Google Ads. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure leads are being followed up properly by tele-callers and sales teams. Get involved in the post-lead journey, including tracking lead nurturing and conversion. Work closely with team members running ads, tele-calling agents, and the business closure team. Monitor and report on weekly performance metrics such as: Number of leads generated Ad spend Team members handling leads Revenue generated from campaigns Help identify areas for improvement in the full marketing-to-sales process. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Experience with Google Ads is an advantage. Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership or business development role. Prior experience managing a team or working in business development is a great advantage.
