Overview: 

As a Quant Engineer at Axi, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our trading systems and infrastructure. Working closely with traders, quants, and engineers, you will design novel trading solutions and optimize the performance of our systems, driving growth and profitability. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-pressure, entrepreneurial environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of systematic trading.
 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in financial or fintech development.
• Expertise in low-latency coding (Java, C++, C#) and Python.
• Experience with tick databases (kdb+ and q preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data analysis skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain trading systems and infrastructure.
• Optimize system performance and scalability for growth and alpha generation.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and trading technologies.
• Ensure compliance with Axi’s internal processes.
