Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our growing organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to find the best candidates. Key responsibilities include: - Sourcing and screening qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals - Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit - Coordinating the interview process and providing feedback to hiring managers - Onboarding and providing a positive candidate experience - Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics to measure success
