People Data & Analytics Specialist

As a People Data & Analytics Analyst, you will support Human Resources team in analyzing data, managing HR dashboarding portfolio, and generating insights to enhance HR strategy. This role will involve metrics tracking and analysis, focused on improving the way workforce data is used for decision making in HR and the business. You will partner with People Data and Analytics team members, and Community of Practice (CoP), HR colleagues, and Business units and functions across the organization to deliver value across key projects, improve Data and Dashboards and enable HR to be a data driven function. The Global People Data and Analytics team is accountable for providing core HR metrics and partnering with HR leaders and key stakeholders to build organizational capability in utilizing data to gain insights, identify trends, and leverage data to drive and influence the business's human capital management strategy. We own and drive standards across data, metrics/KPI's and reporting in HR space for the Organization and are identified as a key player in creating an ecosystem for People Data and Analytics. We will drive the adoption of tools, technologies, and techniques across the entire HR function by leveraging Community of Practice (CoP).
