Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Cyber Trainer. The Cyber Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions to educate employees on cybersecurity practices and protocols. Tasks include developing cybersecurity training material, providing educational workshops, assisting in incident response training, and creating assessments to measure learning outcomes. The candidate will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with organizational cybersecurity policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cybersecurity concepts, principles, and best practices
- Excellent presentation and instructional skills tailored for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in developing educational materials and conducting training workshops
- Knowledge of cybersecurity tools, techniques, and incident response protocols
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to assist trainees with complex topics
- Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields
