Mandatory Skills: ✔ PostgreSQL ✔ AWS RDS PostgreSQL ✔ Query Tuning & Performance Optimization ✔ CDC (Change Data Capture) ✔ Read Replica Improvements ✔ Vacuum & Analyze Parameter Tuning ✔ Range Partitioning for Large Tables ✔ Unused & Redundant Index Cleanup ✔ Database Optimization & Maintenance ✔ DB2 knowledge will be an added advantage Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize PostgreSQL database performance
- Handle query tuning and troubleshooting
- Improve AWS RDS Read Replica performance
- Convert non-partitioned tables into range partitions
- Identify and remove unused/redundant indexes
- Perform vacuum and analyze tuning activities
- Support CDC implementation and monitoring
