Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an AWS Trainer at Thinkcloudly. The Trainer will deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions on AWS to students with varying levels of expertise. Responsibilities include designing course content, preparing teaching materials, delivering online sessions, and providing practical exercises for hands-on learning. The Trainer will also guide students through troubleshooting exercises, mentor them during their projects, and assist with interview preparation where necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in AWS core services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and IAM
- Experience in cloud architecture, deployment strategies, and best practices for cloud-based applications
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts, automation, and tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent teaching skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward and engaging manner
- Previous experience in conducting technical training or mentoring professionals is a plus
- Certification in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Developer, or DevOps Engineer) is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
