Software Development Engineer, AWS Serverless

AWS Educate is looking for a passionate and experienced Software Development Engineer to join our Serverless team. As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable serverless applications on AWS. You will work closely with the team to identify and implement innovative solutions that leverage the latest serverless technologies, such as AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, and Amazon DynamoDB. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop serverless applications and microservices using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and other AWS services - Implement event-driven architectures and serverless workflows - Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability of serverless applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance - Stay up-to-date with the latest serverless technologies and best practices Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Python, Node.js, or Java - Proficient in designing and developing serverless applications on AWS - Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and other AWS services - Familiarity with event-driven architectures and serverless workflows - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends
