About the role

AWS Educate is seeking a talented and enthusiastic AWS Technical Account Manager Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customer base, helping them navigate the AWS ecosystem and maximize the value of their cloud investments. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned AWS Educate customers, providing guidance and troubleshooting support on a wide range of AWS services and solutions. - Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and design appropriate AWS architectures and deployments. - Assist customers in adopting and implementing AWS best practices, ensuring their workloads are secure, scalable, and cost-effective. - Identify opportunities to expand AWS usage within the customer's organization and recommend appropriate services and solutions. - Participate in regular check-ins and status updates with customers, proactively addressing any issues or concerns. - Maintain strong technical knowledge of the AWS platform, continuously learning about new services and feature releases. - Provide feedback to the AWS Educate product team on customer pain points and feature requests. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing role, preferably in the cloud computing industry. - Strong understanding of AWS services and architectures, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers and internal teams. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric mindset. - AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or equivalent certification is preferred.
