About the Role
Arbor Academy is looking for a highly experienced AWS DevOps Trainer who is passionate about teaching and shaping future tech professionals. If you have strong hands-on expertise in cloud technologies and DevOps practices, along with a flair for mentoring, we’d love to connect with you!
Key Responsibilities
✔ Deliver engaging offline classroom training on AWS & DevOps
✔ Design training materials, lab exercises, and real-time projects
✔ Provide hands-on exposure to industry tools and workflows
✔ Mentor learners with career guidance and best practices
✔ Assess performance through assignments, projects & evaluations
✔ Stay updated with the latest cloud & DevOps trends
✔ Collaborate with the curriculum team to enhance course content
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- AWS Certifications (preferred)
- Prior training or mentoring experience is a big plus
Soft Skills
✔ Excellent communication & presentation skills
✔ Strong mentoring & interpersonal abilities
✔ Ability to simplify complex concepts
✔ Passion for teaching and student success
