Job Title: AWS & DevOps Trainer
Location: Pune Kharadi
Work Mode - Offline ( On - Site )
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible based on batch schedules)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AWS & DevOps Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in cloud computing and DevOps practices, along with proven experience in training and mentoring learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on AWS and DevOps tools and technologies.
- Design and update course content, training materials, and assignments as per industry standards.
- Conduct both theoretical and practical sessions, including hands-on labs and real-world project guidance.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and feedback.
- Provide career guidance and mentorship to students.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AWS and DevOps.
- Manage batch schedules and adjust timings as required.
- Support students in interview preparation and job readiness.
Required Skills & Technologies
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.)
- Proficiency in DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Terraform
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix administration and scripting (Bash/Python)
- Understanding of monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Relevant AWS/DevOps certifications (preferred)
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trainer in AWS and DevOps
- Prior experience in teaching or conducting corporate/institute training programs is mandatory
