Title: AWS Cost Optimization Engineer
Locations: Gurugram | Noida | Hyderabad | Bangalore | Mohali | Panchkula

Shift Timings: 07:30 PM IST onwards
Role:
We are looking for an engineer who can drive AWS cost optimization at an architectural level while staying hands-on with implementation. This is not a reporting role—it's about designing and enabling cost-efficient systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize cost-efficient AWS architectures
- Identify and implement savings across EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS/Aurora, ML workloads
- Contribute to optimizations via Terraform / AWS CDK and code reviews
- Improve database performance (PostgreSQL, query tuning, indexing)
- Drive serverless vs server-based architecture decisions
- Optimize observability costs (CloudWatch, New Relic)
- Enable teams with cost governance, guardrails, and best practices
Required Skills:
- 8–10 years in cloud engineering / distributed systems
- Strong expertise in AWS ecosystem & architecture
- Hands-on with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform / CDK)
- Experience with database and storage optimization
- Solid understanding of event-driven & scalable systems
- Proven experience in cloud cost optimization initiatives
Preferred Skills:
- FinOps exposure
- ML workload optimization
- Cost dashboards / internal tooling
- Multi-cloud or hybrid environments
