Role: AWS Connect – Custom CCP / Reporting Engineer
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 12 months+
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Timezone: IST with overlap to US teams (2 hours of overlap. End of consultant's day overlaps with start of US day EST.)
Location: 100% Remote
We are seeking experienced AWS Connect Engineers to support custom CCP development, reporting, and analytics solutions within a large-scale contact center transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Amazon Connect CCP, React, AWS analytics services, and real-time integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom Amazon Connect CCP integrations
- Build real-time reporting dashboards and analytics solutions
- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM and backend systems
- Develop reporting pipelines using AWS analytics technologies
- Collaborate with frontend and backend teams on agent desktop functionality
- Support scalable cloud-native contact center solutions
Requirements
- Strong experience with Amazon Connect CCP
- Strong React and frontend development experience
- Experience with Kinesis, AWS Glue, and Athena
- Experience building real-time reporting and analytics solutions
- Experience integrating contact center systems with CRM platforms
- Strong API integration and cloud application experience
Preferred
- Custom agent desktop development experience
- Enterprise-scale AWS data processing experience
- Contact center reporting/analytics background
