Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect
  • Build and manage IVR flows (contact flows, routing profiles, queues)
  • Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services like:
  • AWS Lambda
  • Amazon Lex
  • Amazon S3
  • Amazon DynamoDB
  • Develop APIs and backend integrations for CRM/third-party systems
  • Configure call routing, call recording, and reporting
  • Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability
  • Implement security and compliance best practices
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide support

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Amazon Connect
  • Hands-on knowledge of AWS ecosystem
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language:
  • Python / Node.js / Java
  • Experience with REST APIs and microservices
  • Understanding of IVR systems and call center operations
  • Familiarity with:
  • Contact flow design
  • Queue management
  • Routing strategies

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with:
  • AWS CloudFormation or Terraform
  • Amazon Kinesis
  • Knowledge of speech analytics and AI int
