Job Title: Amazon Connect Center
Location: Preferably Pune

Detailed Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for an Amazon Connect Developer with 4–8 years of experience in implementation and support of Amazon Connect solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, AWS services, and integrations with external systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Implementation & Development
- Build and enhance Amazon Connect contact flows with basic to medium complexity.
- Develop AWS Lambda functions using Node.js or Python for routing logic, API integrations, and data processing.
- Work with DynamoDB tables, S3 buckets, and API Gateway configurations.
- Develop and integrate Amazon Lex V2 bots with Amazon Connect.
- Implement third-party integrations such as CRM, SMS, Email, and other communication systems.
- Prepare IVR prompts, testing scenarios, and JSON configuration files.
2. Support Activities
- Investigate and resolve L1/L2 support issues related to contact flows, API failures, and routing problems.
- Analyze and debug logs using Amazon CloudWatch.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues in Lambda functions and contact flows.
- Provide production support and monitoring across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
3. CI/CD & Deployment Support
- Support deployment activities for Lambda functions and Amazon Connect components through CI/CD pipelines.
- Validate build artifacts and deployment packages.
- Assist in promoting Lex bots and contact flows across environments.
- Maintain Git repositories, manage code commits, and resolve merge conflicts.
4. Documentation & Coordination
- Prepare and update Technical Design Documents (TDDs), configuration documents, and release notes.
- Participate in client discussions, demos, testing cycles, and UAT support activities.
- Coordinate with senior developers, testers, and business stakeholders during implementation and support phases.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Amazon Connect fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js or Python.
- Experience in AWS Lambda development and REST API integrations.
- Knowledge of JSON handling and API consumption.
- Exposure to Amazon Lex V2 bots.
- Understanding of DynamoDB, S3, IAM, and API Gateway.
- Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot application issues.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and AWS services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn automation, integrations, and advanced AWS capabilities.
