Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Award Nominations Sales Specialist, based in Jaipur. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching potential leads to drive award nominations. Day-to-day tasks include initiating and managing customer communications, explaining criteria for awards, and building strong client relationships. Other responsibilities encompass providing guidance to customers throughout their nomination process, achieving sales targets, and conducting follow-ups to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and build professional relationships.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Experience in providing Training or guidance in a sales or customer-focused environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in the wedding or events industry is a plus.
