With a strong foundation in Ajmer and over 200 employees, we are now expanding our footprint to the capital city, Delhi. As we scale, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR leader to establish and lead our HR function in the new location. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of HR to drive end-to-end human resources management including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Strategic HR Planning. This leadership role will be instrumental in setting up our Delhi office, building a strong people foundation, and aligning HR practices with business goals. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership ● Set up the HR infrastructure for the new Delhi office from scratch, in coordination with senior leadership. ● Build and execute a scalable HR strategy aligned with Avyanna's growth objectives. ● Partner with leadership to foster a strong, inclusive, and performance-driven culture. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning ● Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for faculty, administrative staff, and support roles. ● Build talent pipelines for aviation-specific and support roles. ● Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. HR Operations ● Oversee all core HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, employee records, compliance, and policy implementation. ● Set up and manage HR systems and tools for smooth functioning and reporting. ● Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and aviation industry standards. People Management & Development ● Drive employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development programs. ● Act as a mentor and advisor to managers on HR best practices and employee matters. ● Handle grievance redressal and support a positive work environment.
