Role Description The AVP/VP – Integrated Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading end-to-end integrated marketing programs across platforms and channels. This role oversees campaign strategy, planning, execution, and performance measurement, ensuring cohesive brand experiences and strong business results for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing data-informed marketing strategies, guiding creative and media teams, managing client relationships, and coordinating with technology and analytics teams to implement martech solutions. The AVP/VP will mentor and grow the integrated marketing team, manage budgets, present strategic recommendations, and continuously optimize campaigns based on insights and market trends. The role requires close collaboration with senior leadership to define growth opportunities, innovate on platform-first approaches, and maintain high standards of delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in integrated or digital marketing, preferably in martech, advertising, or consulting environments.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large, multi-channel campaigns for major brands.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, marketing automation, CRM, and performance marketing metrics.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, operate in a fast-paced environment, and make data-driven decisions under tight timelines.
