About the Role:
This is a predominantly project-oriented HR leadership role (70% Special Projects / 30% HR Business Partnering). We are looking for a seasoned HR leader who combines sharp strategic thinking with strong execution capability — someone who can architect and deliver large-scale, cross-functional HR initiatives while also serving as a trusted business partner to select leadership teams.
An intellectually curious, metrics-driven leader who thrives on ambiguity, builds from first principles, and can seamlessly toggle between long-horizon transformation projects and day-to-day business partnering needs.
In This Role, You Will:
Special Projects
- Lead high-impact, enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives — spanning org design, workforce restructuring, and HR technology implementation — from diagnosis through execution and adoption.
- Drive AI-powered process re-engineering across HR functions — identifying automation opportunities, deploying AI tools, and embedding smarter workflows in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, and people analytics.
- Lead HR workstreams in M&A, integration, and restructuring initiatives — including cultural due diligence, workforce mapping, harmonization of policies, and Day 1 readiness planning.
- Develop and implement enterprise talent strategies — including succession planning frameworks, critical role identification, and leadership pipeline development — in partnership with senior stakeholders.
- Build robust people analytics capabilities — translating workforce data into predictive insights on attrition, engagement, and performance to inform C-suite decisions.
HR Business Partnering
- Serve as a strategic HRBP to select senior leadership teams — advising on org design, talent decisions, team effectiveness, and change management.
- Oversee the end-to-end performance management and annual goal-setting cycle for assigned business units, including promotion inputs and calibration.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and grievance resolution for assigned functions — using EWS signals, R&R levers, and regular leadership connects to sustain a high-performance culture.
Here's What You Need:
- Overall experience: 18+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in HR project leadership or transformation roles at a global multinational; people management experience is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and persuasive skills
- Strong project management skills — able to run multiple concurrent initiatives, manage stakeholders across levels, and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure, in a challenging working environment, and tackle problems in a positive way
- Capable of handling a high level of responsibility and autonomy
- Outstanding communication (written & spoken) and presentation skills
- Proficiency in all MS Office tools
- Demonstrated experience in process re-engineering through AI — leveraging AI tools to streamline HR workflows, automate routine processes, and drive measurable efficiency gains across the employee lifecycle
- Experience working in global multinational companies with exposure to working with different cultures would be critical.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is a must. A Master’s degree would be ideal.
