About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to drive Client Acquisition for our Tech
Solutions business, focused on selling digital insurance infrastructure, APIs, platforms, and enterprise
solutions to BFSI, fintech, NBFCs, digital lenders, aggregators, and large enterprises.
The role requires someone with deep experience in technology-led solution sales, a strong
understanding of API products, platform integrations, enterprise buying cycles, and the ability to
influence CXO-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate is strategic, revenue-driven, and has a proven
track record of scaling B2B tech partnerships in fast-paced environments.
What you will do?
• Own Enterprise Client Acquisition for tech/API products, targeting BFSI, fintechs, NBFCs, digital
distribution platforms, and large enterprises.
• Drive the complete sales lifecycle—prospecting, pitching, solution mapping, technical evaluation,
commercial negotiation, and contracting.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Operations to design customized solutions
aligned with client needs, integration requirements, and scalability goals.
• Develop a strong pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring predictable revenue growth
and long-term strategic partnerships.
• Lead consultative sales discussions with CXOs, product heads, and technology leaders, clearly
articulating product value, integration capabilities, and ROI.
• Own revenue targets, drive account conversions, accelerate integration timelines, and ensure
seamless go-live through strong internal and external coordination.
What we are looking for?
• 8-15 years of experience in B2B Tech Sales, SaaS, API platforms, enterprise solutions, or digital
partnerships, preferably within Fintech, Insurtech, or BFSI.
• Strong understanding of API products, platform integrations, enterprise workflows, and
technology evaluation cycles.
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing large enterprise clients, driving revenue growth,
and closing high-value strategic deals.
• Excellent consultative selling, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the
ability to work with senior leaders and technical teams.
• A self-driven leader with strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to operate in a highgrowth,
fast-paced environment.
