About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Strategy professional to drive strategic initiatives within the payments and acquiring ecosystem. The role requires strong expertise in product strategy, merchant acquiring, payment solutions, revenue growth, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, building scalable payment products, supporting enterprise sales, and driving business growth through innovative product and distribution strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute product strategy for acquiring and payment solutions
Identify market gaps, customer needs, and emerging opportunities within the payments ecosystem
Drive product-market fit initiatives and revenue growth strategies
Design segment-wise product and distribution strategies aligned with business goals
Develop ROI-led business cases for new products and strategic initiatives
Partner with enterprise sales teams to support GTV, GR, and NR growth targets
Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Legal, Finance, CRM, and Implementation teams for seamless execution
Drive merchant engagement initiatives and improve customer experience across payment products
Monitor product performance, business metrics, and market trends using CRM-driven tracking and analytics
Support end-to-end product lifecycle management including conceptualization, launch, and optimization of payment solutions
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and implementation of products
Contribute to strategic planning, competitive benchmarking, and go-to-market initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
10+ years of experience in Product Strategy within Payments, Acquiring, Cards, Retail Payments, Banking, or BFSI domains
Strong understanding of payment gateways, merchant acquiring, cards ecosystem, and digital payments
Proven experience in launching and scaling payment products and solutions
Strong business acumen with exposure to revenue growth and strategic planning
Experience working with enterprise sales and merchant partnerships
Ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
Experience with CRM-based tracking and performance management is preferred
