We’re Hiring | AVP / Senior General Manager – Fabrics Sourcing & Imports (China Market Specialist)

- Qualification: B.Tech in Textile Technology
- Experience Required: 15–20 Years
At Vidhaan Textiles, we are seeking an experienced and visionary textile industry professional to join our leadership team as AVP / Senior General Manager – Fabrics Sourcing & Imports.
This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in China-based fabric sourcing, strong technical textile knowledge, and hands-on experience managing international procurement and import/export operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end fabric sourcing operations from China
• Develop and manage strategic vendor relationships
• Negotiate pricing, quality standards, and delivery timelines
• Handle import/export documentation, customs, and logistics coordination
• Analyze fabric specifications and ensure technical compliance
• Maintain procurement reports, costing sheets, and inventory data
• Collaborate with design, merchandising, and production teams
• Drive operational efficiency and supply chain excellence
What We’re Looking For
- B.Tech in Textile Technology (Mandatory)
- 12–15 years of textile sourcing experience
- Strong exposure to China textile markets and vendor management
- Expertise in import/export processes and international trade
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
