Job Title: AVP – ServiceNow Architect

Location: Delhi NCR

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

Looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to drive enterprise-scale digital transformation using the latest ServiceNow releases (Tokyo / Chicago / Munich). This role will lead platform strategy with a strong focus on Citizen Development and low-code enablement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive ServiceNow architecture, roadmap, and governance
• Lead implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom apps
• Design and scale Citizen Development framework (low-code/no-code)
• Enable business teams to build solutions via App Engine with proper governance
• Ensure platform performance, security, and upgrade readiness
• Define integration strategy and oversee complex system integrations
• Mentor teams and drive best practices across development lifecycle

Key Requirements:

• 13+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in ServiceNow architecture
• Hands-on experience with latest ServiceNow versions (Tokyo / Chicago / Munich)
• Strong expertise in App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting
• Proven experience in Citizen Development / low-code governance frameworks
• Experience in large enterprise environments with multiple integrations
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD preferred)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
