Job Title: AVP – ServiceNow Architect
Location: Delhi NCR
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview:
Looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to drive enterprise-scale digital transformation using the latest ServiceNow releases (Tokyo / Chicago / Munich). This role will lead platform strategy with a strong focus on Citizen Development and low-code enablement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive ServiceNow architecture, roadmap, and governance
- Lead implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom apps
- Design and scale Citizen Development framework (low-code/no-code)
- Enable business teams to build solutions via App Engine with proper governance
- Ensure platform performance, security, and upgrade readiness
- Define integration strategy and oversee complex system integrations
- Mentor teams and drive best practices across development lifecycle
Key Requirements:
- 13+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in ServiceNow architecture
- Hands-on experience with latest ServiceNow versions (Tokyo / Chicago / Munich)
- Strong expertise in App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting
- Proven experience in Citizen Development / low-code governance frameworks
- Experience in large enterprise environments with multiple integrations
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD preferred)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
