AVP - Sales & Data Transformation
We are seeking an experienced AVP - Sales & Data Transformation to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, business insights, digital strategy and transformation, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities
- Lead the sales and data transformation function to drive business growth and improvement
- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Analyze and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital transformation initiatives
- Design and implement sales reporting and analytics tools to enhance business decision-making
- Provide business insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
- 14-22 years of experience in sales, data analysis, and digital transformation
- Strong background in data analysis and interpretation, business insights, digital strategy and transformation, and sales reporting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
