Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position based in Vrindavan for an AVP - Sales. The role involves leading and managing a sales team to achieve business targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with key clients. The individual will track sales operations, monitor performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities. Additionally, this role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer acquisition process and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and overseeing account performance
- Strong background in Sales Operations and Account Management
- Experience in Business Development and crafting strategies for market growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills are required
- Ability to analyze market trends and drive organizational growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in the real estate sector or similar industries preferred
