Hiring | AVP – RPA Automation & Python
Spectral Consultants is hiring for one of the leading Banking organizations.
Location: Gurgaon
Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience Required: 4+ Years
We are looking for professionals with strong expertise in RPA Automation & Python who can drive automation initiatives and optimize business processes through scalable solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions for business process automation
✔ Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts and workflows
✔ Identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency
✔ Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand process requirements
✔ Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing automation solutions
✔ Ensure automation governance, compliance, and best practices are followed
✔ Support digital transformation and process optimization initiatives across teams
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ Strong hands-on experience in RPA Automation tools
✔ Proficiency in Python scripting and automation frameworks
✔ Experience in workflow automation and process improvement
✔ Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and automation architecture
✔ Exposure to Banking/BFSI domain would be preferred
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
