Role Overview
We are seeking a senior professional to drive expansion strategy and lead acquisition of large corporate office spaces across key markets. The role involves end-to-end responsibility from market identification to deal closure and operational handover.
Experience: 14+ Years
Location: Gurgaon (WFO)
CTC: 40 LPA (Flexible)
Industry: Commercial Real Estate / Coworking / IPC Firms
Joining: Immediate/30-45 days' notice period candidates can apply.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute expansion strategy and multi-year growth roadmap
- Identify high-potential micro-markets through research and rental analysis
- Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and investors
- Lead commercial negotiations, LOIs, agreements, and financial structuring (lease/revenue share/management contracts)
- Manage site selection, due diligence, legal documentation, and compliance
- Coordinate with design, projects, and operations teams for timely launch
- Maintain property portfolio data and oversee acquisition handover
- Lead and mentor expansion team and drive cross-functional collaboration
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial office property acquisition / expansion (Mandatory)
- Strong network with landlords, developers, IPC firms (Mandatory)
- Expertise in deal structuring and negotiations (Mandatory)
- Experience handling large corporate workspace transactions (Mandatory)
- Exposure to Tier-1 / Tier-2 city markets preferred
