Build What Matters.
Partner with the Chief of Staff to own end‑to‑end transition and program management for migrating functions, capabilities, and operating processes from BXRE portfolio companies into BXRE PC India Operations. This role is the delivery backbone of the BD → Transition → Stabilization lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end transition management for portfolio company functional migrations (HR, Finance, Legal, Technology, Ops)
- Stand up and run multi‑workstream transition plans (scope, timelines, RACI, dependencies, risks)
- Serve as single‑threaded owner for transition delivery across stakeholders:
- Portfolio company leadership
- BXREPC India Operations functional heads
- Blackstone oversight stakeholders (where applicable)
- Design and execute transition governance cadence (SteerCos, Working Committees, risk checkpoints)
- Drive agenda planning, pre‑reads, sequencing, and decision framing
- Produce board‑quality decks, discussion papers, and decision memos
- Act as custodian of minutes, actions, owners, and closure tracking
- Own integration success metrics (time to steady state, SLA attainment, cost take‑out, risk burn‑down)
- Build and maintain repeatable transition playbooks, templates, and artefacts
- Partner with Chief of Staff on pipeline forecasting, phasing, and capacity planning
Required Profile
- Proven experience managing complex, multi‑entity transitions
- Strong command of PMO, dependency management, and executive reporting
- Comfortable operating autonomously with C‑suite stakeholders
- Exceptional written communication, synthesis, and structuring skills
Success Measure
Predictable, low‑risk, repeatable transitions that scale BXRE PC India Operations without executive drag or operational debt.
