Zycus is looking for AVP of Professional Services, a highly strategic, AI-savvy, and execution-focused leader with strong experience in managing complex global SaaS implementations and enterprise transformation programs across EMEA and APAC regions.
As an Senior Director – Professional Services, you will lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs for global customers while helping shape the next generation of AI-first delivery models. This role combines strategic leadership, customer transformation, delivery governance, operational excellence, and AI-driven innovation. The ideal candidate should bring deep expertise in enterprise software delivery, stakeholder management, global implementation leadership, and AI-enabled transformation, irrespective of industry domain.
You will work closely with CXOs, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Global Delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes, scalable operations, and accelerated time-to-value.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Delivery Leadership
- Lead and scale Professional Services delivery across EMEA and APAC regions for enterprise SaaS implementations.
- Drive successful execution of large-scale global transformation programs with strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes.
- Establish scalable delivery frameworks, governance models, and operational best practices across regional teams.
- Build and lead a high-performance, agile, and customer-centric delivery organization.
Enterprise Program Management
- Own end-to-end delivery governance for complex enterprise implementations involving multiple stakeholders, integrations, and business units.
- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise ecosystems including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Workday, and other business platforms.
- Drive disciplined project execution, risk management, escalation handling, and executive stakeholder communication.
- Accelerate customer onboarding and improve Time-to-Value (TTV) through delivery excellence.
AI-First Delivery Transformation
- Champion AI-led and Agentic AI-driven delivery methodologies across implementation and customer transformation programs.
- Leverage AI-powered accelerators, automation frameworks, copilots, and analytics to improve implementation efficiency, productivity, and customer adoption.
- Partner with Product and Innovation teams to embed AI into implementation playbooks and delivery operations.
- Drive modernization of traditional SaaS delivery into intelligent, AI-enabled enterprise delivery models.
Customer & Executive Stakeholder Management
- Partner directly with CXOs and senior leadership teams of global enterprise customers to drive adoption, transformation, and long-term value realization.
- Build trusted executive relationships and act as a strategic advisor during critical transformation initiatives.
- Ensure customer success through measurable outcomes including process optimization, operational efficiency, compliance improvement, and digital transformation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Alignment
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Presales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams for seamless transition from deal closure to delivery execution.
- Support strategic deal shaping, SOW validation, delivery feasibility assessment, and margin optimization during enterprise pursuits.
- Drive operational excellence, utilization optimization, delivery predictability, and profitability across the region.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Mentor and lead a team of Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Consultants, and regional leaders.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build AI awareness and future-ready consulting capabilities within the delivery organization.
P&L Ownership:
- Own and manage the P&L for Professional Services, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and efficient resource utilization.
Required Skills :
Experience
- 15–18 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, Cloud, or Enterprise Software delivery organizations.
- Strong experience managing complex global implementations and enterprise transformation programs.
- Proven track record of leading Professional Services, Delivery, Customer Transformation, or Implementation teams across multiple geographies.
- Experience handling large enterprise customers and global stakeholder management.
Domain Expertise
- Strong experience managing enterprise SaaS or cloud implementation programs across global markets.
- Candidates from diverse enterprise technology backgrounds such as ERP, CRM, HRTech, FinTech, Supply Chain, Procurement, ITSM, Cybersecurity, Analytics, or Digital Transformation platforms are encouraged.
- Proven capability in handling large-scale customer deployments, integrations, governance, and cross-functional delivery operations.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or enterprise customers in customer-facing leadership roles is highly preferred.
- Exposure to Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement, or Supply Chain domains will be considered an added advantage, but is not mandatory.
Leadership & Regional Exposure
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams across EMEA and APAC regions.
- Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and customer engagement capabilities.
- Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environments.
AI & Technology Mindset
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation frameworks, and AI-assisted enterprise delivery models.
- Ability to drive AI adoption within delivery operations and customer transformation initiatives.
- Good understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, cloud ecosystems, and modern SaaS architecture
