Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional to drive SME business growth and manage Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB) insurance placements across Property, Marine, Specialty, and all Lines of Business (LOB) within the General Insurance Broking domain. The role involves business development, client acquisition, insurer relationship management, negotiating competitive terms, handling complex risk placements, and ensuring seamless policy execution while supporting overall business growth and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive SME business development and expand the General Insurance portfolio.
- Lead and manage Non-EB insurance placements across Property, Marine, Specialty, and all Lines of Business (LOB).
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire SME/corporate clients.
- Coordinate with insurers to obtain competitive quotations and negotiate optimal terms and coverage.
- Handle complex risk placements and ensure timely policy issuance and servicing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical and placement support to sales and servicing teams.
- Monitor market trends, underwriting practices, and insurer appetite to improve placement outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Support revenue growth through effective placement strategies and client relationship management.

- Sound understanding of Property, Marine, Specialty, and SME insurance products.
