Designation: AVP- M&A and Fund Raise
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Business Development- deal origination: both sell-side and buy-side.
- Identification and discussions with investors (domestic/international) and showcasing the transactions, negotiations and deal closures.
- Lead generation on new verticals, signing up for sell side representations. Should be conversant with mandate discussions and negotiations
- Client communications: starting from dialogue initiation and setting up meeting to understanding the operations.
- Experience in creation of transaction collaterals: business plan, pitch deck, investment memorandum, teasers etc.
- Financial analysis and preparing financial model & valuations
- Industry and competition analysis
- Experience in dealing with Private Equity Funds, VC Funds, Family offices and large corporate investors
Qualification: MBA (Finance)/ Bachelor of Business Administration/ CFA or similar post graduation education
Experience: Minimum 5 years and Maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in similar profile. Candidates working on similar position in consulting firms and engaged in transaction advisory as per role above, would be preferred.
Compensation offered: Fixed salary between INR 800,000 to max INR 1,200,000, per annum based on number of years of experience and as per the last drawn salary. In addition, candidate shall also be remunerated with incentives as per firm’s policy. Confident candidates open to work for incentive driven positions will be preferred.
Skill set required:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to independently understand fundamentals of the business and industry
- Self-starter and go-getter with ability to manage the assignments independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of legal and regulatory landscape would be a plus.
Office Timings: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM, Monday to Friday
