Responsibilities
We are looking for a senior leader to head and scale our Mumbai office. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, deep influencer marketing expertise, and proven experience in client leadership, revenue growth, and team building.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Office Growth
- Lead and expand the Mumbai office, driving revenue growth, market presence, and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap aligned with overall business objectives.
- Build strong industry relationships to establish the organization as a leading influencer marketing partner.
Strategic Client Onboarding & Account Leadership
- Oversee onboarding of high-value clients, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
- Serve as senior escalation point and strategic advisor for key accounts.
- Drive long-term partnerships with a focus on retention and account expansion.
Influencer Campaign Strategy & Execution Excellence
- Lead end-to-end influencer marketing strategy across campaigns (celebrity, macro, micro, performance-led, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and operations teams to ensure impactful and scalable execution.
- Ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI aligned with client KPIs.
Revenue Growth & Business Expansion
- Drive revenue growth from existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling influencer solutions.
- Partner with Business Development to close large mandates and integrated deals.
- Identify new market opportunities and vertical expansions within the Mumbai ecosystem.
P&L & Budget Management
- Own the P&L for the Mumbai office.
- Oversee budget allocation, forecasting, and profitability across campaigns and accounts.
- Ensure financial discipline while maintaining quality delivery.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing influencer marketing and client servicing team.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation.
- Develop second-line leadership and succession planning.
Performance Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and revenue dashboards.
- Drive data-led decision-making and continuous optimization strategies.
- Present quarterly business reviews and strategic recommendations to leadership and clients.
Client Advocacy & Retention
- Act as the voice of the client internally while balancing business priorities.
- Ensure high satisfaction scores and long-term contract renewals.
