Foxtale is a new-age skincare brand built on science, insights, and a deep understanding of modern Indian consumers. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes the creator's ecosystem. This isn't just about running campaigns — it's about owning creator marketing as a growth engine. From viral moments to revenue-driving collaborations, you'll shape how Foxtale shows up across creators — from nano influencers to celebrities. If you have strong instincts for content, deep relationships in the influencer/celebrity ecosystem, and a sharp eye for numbers — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creator Strategy & Scale
- Build and lead Foxtale's creator marketing strategy across platforms
- Scale influencer marketing from a brand lever to a core revenue channel
- Identify whitespace opportunities across creator segments (UGC, mid-tier, celebrity, affiliates)
2. High-Impact Campaigns
- Conceptualize and execute scroll-stopping, culturally relevant campaigns
- Lead creator integrations for product launches and brand moments
- Drive a mix of virality + performance (not one without the other)
3. Influencer & Celebrity Network
- Leverage and expand a strong network of influencers, celebrity managers, and agencies
- Crack high-impact partnerships and long-term associations
- Be the go-to person for who should we work with next?
4. Performance & ROI
- Own metrics end-to-end: CAC, ROI, engagement, conversions
- Build scalable systems for tracking and optimizing creator performance
- Bring a data-first approach to what is often treated as a creative function
5. Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Build and lead the creator marketing team
- Work closely with brand, performance, and content teams to drive integrated campaigns
- Bring structure, speed, and clarity to execution
What We're Looking For:
- 5–8+ years in influencer/creator marketing (D2C, beauty, lifestyle preferred)
- Strong existing network across influencers, talent managers, and celebrity ecosystems
- Proven track record of scaling influencer marketing into a measurable growth channel
- Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Strong analytical mindset — you're as comfortable with numbers as you are with content
- Ability to move fast, think big, and execute end-to-end
