Job Title: HR Ops. Solutions Lead (IC Role)

Role Overview
Strategic HR Consulting professional responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end HR transformation and outsourcing solutions. This is a hands-on IC role requiring strong solutioning capability, executive presence, and the ability to engage with senior global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design HR outsourcing & transformation solutions leveraging digital, AI, and automation
- Lead RFPs, proposals, and client presentations
- Build client-specific operating models and scalable HR frameworks
- Engage and influence C-suite stakeholders; defend solutions confidently
- Collaborate with Transition, Transformation, and Digital teams
- Recommend HR tech solutions (Workday, ServiceNow, Zendesk, AI tools)
Key Skills
- HR Consulting & Solutioning expertise
- Strong RFP & proposal development experience
- Excellent stakeholder management & executive presence
- Ability to manage multiple high-impact engagements
- Knowledge of HR tech and digital transformation trends
- Self-driven, independent IC mindset
