🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Vice President – HRO Operations to lead end-to-end HR service delivery, manage large teams, and drive operational excellence across global engagements.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HRO operations (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle) for global clients
- Manage and scale large teams (~50 FTEs) with strong SLA/KPI governance
- Ensure high-quality, noise-free delivery with strong customer satisfaction
- Drive process improvements, automation, and transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and client teams
- Handle escalations, performance management, and continuous improvement
✅ Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Comfortable working in US time zones (night shift)
- Strong understanding of US HR processes & geo nuances
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workday
- ServiceNow
- Proven experience managing teams of ~50 FTEs or more
- Background in HR Shared Services / HRO / BPO operations
⭐ Preferred Profile
- 13+ years of experience in HR Operations / Shared Services
- Strong exposure to global clients (US preferred)
- Experience in process transitions, migrations, and automation
- Lean Six Sigma / transformation mindset is a plus
