About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned and high-impact AVP – Growth & Solution Sales to lead our enterprise sales charter and drive strategic revenue growth. This is a leadership role for someone who brings deep expertise in B2B technology sales and a strong network across manufacturing and digital transformation ecosystems.
You will own the complete growth journey—from identifying new markets and building pipeline to closing large, complex deals—while positioning our ERP, IoT, and AI/ML solutions as business-critical enablers for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic business growth by identifying and acquiring high-value enterprise clients across target industries.
- Own and lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle for large and complex deals, including deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, and commercial negotiations.
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for ERP, IoT, and AI/ML offerings.
- Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and influencers, establishing trusted advisory relationships.
- Deliver impactful solution-led presentations and demos, aligning offerings with client business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure seamless solutioning and successful client onboarding.
- Drive revenue predictability through strong pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and disciplined CRM usage.
- Mentor and guide junior sales members (if applicable), contributing to overall team capability building.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, events, and strategic networking platforms.
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales within software, SaaS, or digital solutions.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong exposure to solution selling and consultative sales approaches.
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Preferred Expertise
- Experience selling ERP (Odoo or similar), IoT, AI/ML, or Industry 4.0 solutions.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing domain, smart factory initiatives, and digital transformation journeys.
- Exposure to digital twin, predictive maintenance, and advanced analytics use cases.
- Ability to articulate value around process automation, supply chain optimization, and operational efficiency.
