- 10+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within BIM / VDC / Engineering Design Services (not staffing)
- 10+ years in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry with exposure to project-based / fixed-price delivery
- US / Europe / Australia / Canada market exposure
- Experience in selling BIM (Building Information Modeling), Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), or specialized MEP/Structural design services.
- Experience in selling BIM, VDC, MEP, or Structural design services as end-to-end project solutions
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation, especially in offshore/global delivery models
- Engineering / Architecture education bacground.
- Network with architects / contractors / consultants
- Excellent Communications skill
- Team Size handled: Should have team handing exp of min 10+.
