Key Responsibilities
- Drive global finance transformation projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee ERP modernization and automation initiatives across finance processes.
- Implement advanced analytics for forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
- Finalize scalable business processes and select appropriate technology platforms/tools.
- Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks for transformation projects.
- Manage FT budget and ensure business case realization.
- Identify revenue improvement opportunities and process automation in Gross-to-Net.
Lead change management and digital adoption across finance functions globally.
