Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an AVP Finance and Accounts. The AVP will oversee and manage financial planning, analyze and prepare financial statements, and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role involves leading financial strategy initiatives, improving operational efficiencies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to organizational growth through effective fiscal oversight. The AVP will work closely with senior leadership to align financial planning with the company's strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Financial Planning and strategic management of resources
- Strong ability to create, analyze, and interpret Financial Statements
- Proficiency in Finance principles and concepts
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making
- Experience in Financial Reporting and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; advanced degrees like MBA/CA preferred
- Familiarity with fintech operations or the financial services sector is a plus
