AVP – Training & Knowledge Management (F&A)
Shift: US (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM) | Exp: 12–19 Years | Role: Client-Facing
Role Summary
Lead training strategy and knowledge management for F&A (R2R & O2C), driving capability building, knowledge governance, and client alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & deliver training programs for R2R & O2C processes
- Build and manage centralized knowledge repository (SOPs, playbooks)
- Act as client SPOC for training & KM initiatives
- Drive learning effectiveness, quality, and continuous improvement
- Support transitions with structured training & documentation
- Lead and mentor training/KM teams
Requirements
- 12–19 years in F&A training/KM (R2R & O2C)
- Strong client-facing experience
- Proven expertise in knowledge repository management
- Experience in US shift / global stakeholders
- Strong communication & leadership skills
