Role Overview
We are seeking a young, hands-on, and technically adept Engineering Lead to spearhead
the development and innovation of our eCommerce platform. This is a leadership role that
combines strategic thinking with technical expertise to drive the platform's growth and
operational excellence.

Job Description
○ Define and execute the technology roadmap, aligning with business goals
and customer needs.
○ Drive innovation to enhance platform scalability, reliability, and
performance.
○ Oversee the design, development, and deployment of core platform
features.
○ Ensure seamless integration with third-party tools and services (e.g.,
payment gateways, analytics, and logistics systems).
- Operations & Infrastructure:
○ Ensure high availability, security, and compliance of all eCommerce
systems.
○ Lead efforts in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
optimization.
○ Leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize user experience.
○ Partner with data science teams to implement AI/ML for personalization
and fraud detection.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
○ Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align technology
initiatives with business objectives.
○ Present technical strategies and updates to the executive leadership and
board.
Qualification
Qualification and experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10 to 14 years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in tech mentorship to the
team
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience in managing technology and product roadmaps for
consumer-focused brands and applications.
Ideal candidate: Passionate about leveraging technology to create impactful 0-to-1 success
stories, especially within consumer-driven, direct-to-consumer (D2C) product companies.
